This is one of my favorite 25th anniversary tribute images published in R20+5.
The art stands pretty well on its own, but to catch all the jokes and innuendo some translation may be required.

This is one of my favorite 25th anniversary tribute images published in R20+5.

This edition of The Answer is thematically devoted to X’s wardrobe: What he wears, why he wears it, what he could have worn, and what’s underneath.
The world of ZX is known for its trendy fashion and incredible hairstyles. After all, where would the game be without Serpent’s luscious soul ‘fro?* Therefore it’s only natural that all this series’ topics from The Answer have to do with how people look and what they’re wearing. (All two of them.)
The Shitennou (the Japanese name for the Four Guardians of Master X) make up some of the most memorable new characters from the Zero series. Despite their being on opposing sides of a domestic war and harboring an intense rivalry with our protagonist Zero, somehow they were never quite our enemies. They sought peace while fighting tirelessly to serve humanity, protect their beloved homeland, and uphold the name of their world’s savior, X. By the end of Zero 3, it seemed they had finally wound up on the same side… And then they disappeared from the next game without so much as a mention. The series ended, but the Shitennou were nowhere to be found. What happened?
Time now for the Irregular Hunter X edition of The Answer.
If Capcom were to reboot classic Rockman, what kind of changes would we see? And if they were free to make any game they wanted, what would the Capcom devs themselves choose to make? This edition of The Answer holds the answers.
Time for more answers from The Answer, this time talking about the classic-to-X time interval and the disappearance of Rock’s charge and slide abilities in 9 and 10.
R20+5 contains page after page of interviews with Rockman series artists, past, present, and up and coming. It culminates in a section called “The Answer” where more than 10 representatives of Capcom and Inti Creates take turns answering over 50 of the fans’ Rockman-related questions gathered from Rockman Unity. I thought it would be fun (well, easier for me) to translate a few of the questions and answers every so often.
R20+5 contains amongst its bounty some Rockman 9 early storyboard concepts for the opening demo scene that show off some of the unused ideas of the Inti Creates development team, along with the unused robot masters and the original subtitle for the game.
